Common site problems and solutions
Having problems accessing the site?
Here are the most common problems and their solutions:
1. I was sent the email with the link to access the site, but the link expired before I got to it. (The “one time use” link expires in 24 hours.)
No problem. Hit the link on the left side of the page that says, “Request new password.” You will immediately be sent a new email with a new one-time link. Check your email, click on the link and enter your password.
2. I don’t know what happened. Maybe I forgot to save, or I did something wrong, but when I put in my user name and password, I can’t log in.

3. I forgot my user name.
Contact the website administrator. Tell me you have forgotten your user name and I will send it to you.
4. I applied for an account, but I never got an email.
Contact the website administrator. Also try hitting the link that says "request new password". Check all your email junk folders to be sure it isn't hiding in there.
5. Okay, I have tried all the above and I just can’t make it work.
Contact the website administrator. Go to the website and hit the link “Contact us”. Tell me what is going on and I will fix it.
Please do not try to apply for a second account if you think the process failed. Instead, try the steps above. If all else fails, contact the website administrator using the "Contact Us" link on the website.
