IMPORTANT!! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Thank you for applying for a Five Claw Student Site Account. Please follow the directions below. 1) Pick a USER NAME that clearly identifies you. It should be something like your last name, or your first initial and your last name. Upper ranks may chose to use a title if they want. If your user name does not clearly identify you, your account will not be approved. 2) Indicate below your current rank or belt level. (If you are a new white belt, chose the rank of "Yellow" as this is the material you will be working on in class. 3)Fill out other parts of the form. 4)You must use an email that you actually receive email from. The system will use this email to let you know when your account is activated and to reset your password if you forget it. After you register, the Web site administrator will need to verify your status before your account is activated. THIS MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS! You will not be able to log in until this is done. Please be sure your email system and spam filter is set to accept messages from rlance@fiveclaw-mma.com. Otherwise you will not receive notification from us. WRITE DOWN your user name and password. You will need them to log in after your account is approved. We do not have copies of your password on file and cannot retrieve them for you. There is a list of common site access problems and how to fix them on the initial log in page of the site.
